2 Players To Add To Your Fantasy Squad

Fantasy sports are a hard topic to blog about. A lot of people don’t give a shit about your personal team or care about what you think of players. But then again who really gives a shit about anything I blog about on here, so here we go.

Here are a couple of guys who are probably Free Agents in your league and who are worthy of a look.

Reilly Smith RW: I could go into depth about how great of a skater, how dirty his hands are, blah blah blah but for fantasy stats are the name of the game and Smith is producing. On my team, I had Loui Eriksson but after his recent and second concussion of the season I dropped him and added Smith, haven’t looked back since. Since he is a Bruin as well and is also a winger I thought the addition was perfect. He is playing on a solid Bruin team although they are battling injuries he has been their scorer for the last few weeks. Over his last 5 games he has had 5 goals and 2 assists, and having two 2 goal games over that stretch. He is a plus player as well who will get shots on goal. If Smith is available in your league, click the + button.
But then again, he can't score on an empty net, so take my advice wisely.

Jaden Schwartz C,LW: Jaden and his brother were studs at Colorado College a couple years back and he is turning into quite the player for the Blues. Schwartz has only a 32% owned percentage in Yahoo! Leagues and that number should be higher. He is ranked in the top 100 of all NHL players in the fantasy categories and along with Smith, is on a hot 5 game streak. Over his last 5 tilts he has 4 goals and 3 assists and has scored in his last 3 games, he is also +17 and with the way the Blues are playing, I don’t see that number going down any.

Here is Schwartz in '02 it's like a man among boys at the Brick Super Novice. Pure Beaut.

BTW: Smith was a part of the Seguin deal which is why he is now a Bruin, its a bummer Dallas had to send him to the B's. If they had a chance to play together they could of had a very lethal line, especially with Benn.
Sorry Dallas.
