Beast Mode Won't Talk at Media Day, and I Don't Blame Him

ESPN: "Marshawn Lynch showed up at Super Bowl media day. Barely.
The Seattle Seahawks running back, who wasn't given a podium, spoke for six minutes and 20 seconds Tuesday before retreating to the back of a wall at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
Lynch ignored the media from that point on except for granting the NFL Network a brief interview, when he repeatedly said that media day "ain't my thing."
"No need to talk about it," Lynch told NFL Network. "Was raised like that. ... Game time though, I'll be there."
Players are required to attend media day, but it's unclear how the league will react to Lynch's lack of cooperation. At least initially, it appears as if Lynch might have satisfied his obligations.
"Players are required to participate and he participated," league spokesman Greg Aiello told ESPN.com.
After not speaking to the media for the entire season, Lynch was fined $50,000 from the league. But that fine was held back after Lynch promised to speak. He did so before both weeks of the playoffs."

Look folks, I understand it is a professional athlete's duty to talk to the press. I get it. But you can't treat the Beast like he's Bambi.
No Podium? No complementary skittles? Whats up with that?
The NFL is lucky they even got 6:20 out of Marshawn. I don't blame the man. No respect.
If I'm Lynch, I get up there and tell Goodell to personally color coordinate a party-sized bag of Skittles for me, or it's noogie central. No remorse, Rodge.

Cruise on out, bro. Go hit one of those new shops popping up in Seattle. Shades on, hood up. Super Bowl.
